Bob has assisted in numerous transactions - both in mortgage processing and as an attorney for preferred clients. Bob personally has been buying and selling real estate for his own investment portfolio for more than 20 years. Bob’s background gives him the tools to attack and solve complex mortgage and real estate issues. Researching and clearing title, working with Prop. 13 title issues, advising on 1031 exchange rules, and negotiating the maze of multi-party transactions is what Bob finds exciting.
